Annually, we craft a limited batch of Cabernet Sauvignon which is a direct reflection of our estate vineyard's unique setting in the Atlas Peak foothills.

The wine, distinguished by its deep color, intense aroma, and varietal expression, benefits from the eroded volcanic soils known for producing smooth tannins.

We identify and separately ferment the most expressive vineyard blocks, closely monitoring selected barrels through aging.

This meticulous process yields a distinguished Cabernet Sauvignon that we're proud to offer.
